توضیحات تکمیلی:

LOI که مخفف Loss on ognition است | همان افت حرارتی است و در اثر اجزائی در نمونه ایجاد می شود که در اثر حرارت تبخیر شده و از سیستم خارج می شوند تا درصد مجموع نمونه های ما از ۱۰۰ کمتر شود اجزائی مانند آب | دی اکسید کربن و از جمله این اجزاء هستند.

L.O.I مواد فرار و H2O می باشد که با اشتعال نمونه در ۱۰۰۰ درجه سانتی گراد | وزن آن را به درصد حساب کرده و در پایین لیست آنالیز شیمیایی قرار می دهند. این آزمایش دوبار تکرار خواهد شد و نمونه در دمای ۱۰۵۰ درجه مدت یک ساعت نگه داشته خواهد شد.

 

محتوای آزمون:

این روش های آزمایش تعیین افت جرم از بقایای جامد احتراق ناشی از گرمادهی در فضای هوا یا اکسیژن در دمای از قبل مشخص شده را پوشش می دهد. افت جرم می تواند ناشی از افت رطوبت، کربن، گوگر یا تجزیه یا احتراق باقی مانده باشد.

Scope:

1.1 These test methods cover the determination of the mass loss from solid combustion residues upon heating in an air or oxygen atmosphere to a prescribed temperature. The mass loss can be due to the loss of moisture, carbon, sulfur, and so forth, from the decomposition or combustion of the residue.
